Solution-Driven Virtual Assistant Needed

I am looking for an online personal assistant who can jump between tasks without missing a beat and keep me two steps ahead throughout the day. Your core duties will rotate between:
• Calling existing customers to refresh contact details and update our CRM.
• Sourcing products from trusted suppliers in Turkey and China, using your own network to secure the best price-to-quality ratio.
• Running light-touch recruitment cycles—posting ads, short-listing, interviewing, checking references and onboarding new hires with basic training.
• Drafting and sending outreach emails to prospective clients and partners.
• Picking up any ad-hoc task that removes friction from my schedule.

Strong communication and reliability certainly help, yet the ability to spot issues early and fix them before I notice is what will make you indispensable. You will be working online and I will assign tasks throughout the day, so fast, clear responses are essential.
