Senior IT recruiter

As an IT Staffing Recruiter, I am seeking an experienced expert to find senior-level talent within the technology industry for my firm. You will be focused on sourcing high-level tech professionals for various roles that may include Software Developers, Network Administrators, and/or Data Analysts. Your specialty should align with the Technology industry, with an emphasis on senior-level hiring.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles, including but not limited to software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and project managers.
Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT staffing and recruitment.
