Senior IT Recruiter Needed in Bangladesh
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced recruiter based in Bangladesh who can help me fill senior-level Digital Marketing and IT positions.
Key Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for this position should have hands-on experience with IT recruiting in Bangladesh to hire Bangladeshi candidates.
- Strong network with senior IT and Digital Marketing professionals in the country.
- Proven track record of successfully filling Digital Marketing and IT positions.
The role will involve:
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing senior IT professionals.
- Negotiating salaries and contract terms.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.
This is a contract position, and I'm looking for someone who can start immediately. Based on agreement, we can work hourly or per commiission based with agreement on freelancer.
