Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm in need of an experienced recruiter to perform several key functions for my project. These functions are:
- Resume Screening
- Candidate Interviews
- Job Posting
This recruiter will be required to fill less than 10 positions, therefore, accuracy and an eye for the right candidate is a must. Ideally, you should possess a keen understanding of what makes a senior level candidate stand out and bring their value to the team.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in HR or recruitment
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with senior level hires
- Proficient in job posting across various platforms
- Excellent abilities in candidate screening and interviewing
