[SINGAPORE] Recruit 1-2 Candidates for a Short Interview Survey - Hotel and Restaurant Industry (Pocurement for Equipment) in Singapore
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I am looking for 1-2 candidates from Singapore who have experience in the HORECA (mainly hotel and restaurant) equipment & non-food products procurement process for a short interview survey for my report. This is not a serious and formal interview, but rather just want to have some insight about the industry.
*Focus on Procurement related job functions only for the candidates.
Task:
1. Recruit the candidate and arrange an interview for not more than 30 minutes.
2. I will need the candidate's name card (in photo) to verify his/her field of expertise before the interview.
3. The candidate does not need to represent his/her company, organization or others for this interview. This is just a casual talk at his/her personal time.
Reward:
1. 50 USD for per success recruitment; and 50 USD for the respondent/candidate incentive
*If you yourselves have experience in HORECA procurement then you will be a potential candidate.
Prefer candidates (any below):
1. Procurement Officer in a hotel or restaurant chain
2. Manager or owner who have the purchasing power for equipment & non-food products
3. Suppliers for commercial kitchen equipment, hotel suppliers or any related to non-food HORECA products (can be Sale & marketing representative, owner)
Interview Questions:
1. Are there any Taiwanese products that have been used by your organization/distributed by your company? What is the perspective of buyers in Singapore regarding Made in Taiwan products?
2. Can you share the major demands for the equipment, machinery or non-food products in your industry? Can you give a few examples of the products and the current popular brands?
3. What factors are the main considerations while buyers are sourcing for products?
4. Do your organization/clients have purchasing guidelines for their products? (e.g.: prefer brands, select suppliers, supplies by the overseas mother company, etc.)
5. Is there any equipment that your organization/clients are sourcing for but not available in Singapore?; Or is there any equipment that is currently in demand?
6. Can you name a few suppliers or distributors for HORECA products in Singapore that are well-known or you have experience working with? Or can you recommend any experts or associations for the industry?
