Here’s how the partnership works:
• You source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
• I handle client coordination, interview scheduling, and offer management.
• We split the fee on each successful placement—no cap, paid as soon as the client’s invoice clears.
Acceptance criteria for each submitted candidate
• Fits the stated role profile and experience band.
• Clears an initial technical or functional screen.
• Is available to start within the client’s timeline.
• Has provided consent for their résumé to be shared.
Tools and channels are up to you—LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, or your own database—as long as the pipeline stays full and communication is prompt.
