US Resume Sourcing & Reformatting

I’m preparing a pipeline of qualified candidates and need someone who already has live, working access to Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster and ZipRecruiter. The task is two-fold:

1. Locate and download resumes that match the role specifications I will supply. Although the positions span several industries, I will spell out exact keywords, years of experience, and any certification filters before each batch search, so you can focus on relevance rather than guessing the niche.

2. Reformat every approved resume you collect into my proprietary template. I will share the template file and a short style guide—font, header order, date styling, and naming convention are all locked in. Accuracy matters; sections must appear in the same order, with consistent spacing and no stray formatting from the original document. Final files should be returned as editable Word documents plus a PDF copy for each candidate.

Turnaround is important to me: once you receive a search brief, I’d like the first set of reformatted resumes back within 24 hours, then daily drops until the list is complete. I will review a small sample first; if the formatting meets the template exactly and the profiles align with the search criteria, we’ll proceed with the full batch.
