Research Participants Recruitment Assistant (South Korea | Korean Female Recruiters Only)
We are conducting 60-minute 1:1 AI-moderated online interviews with lip care product users and are hiring up to five freelance recruiters. Only Korean women currently living in South Korea will be considered. Recruiters may source participants via personal networks, friends, local pools, or social media.
The objective is to recruit 20 participants who are Korean-speaking, South Korea–based, and active lip care users. We will provide the interview flow, screener, guidance messages, and interview links. Recruiters will identify eligible participants, ensure they pass the screener, submit finalized participant details with booking confirmation, and ensure interviews are completed.
Clear and reliable communication is required throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment must be completed before interviews begin in the second week of January. Prior recruitment experience is not required, but strong execution, proactiveness, and network access are essential.
If interested, please share your compensation expectations, broken down into participant incentive and your fee per completed interview (payment is based on successful interviews, not hours worked).
