Technical Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
Skill Testing: Design and implement practical tests or coding challenges to assess candidates' problem-solving abilities and coding proficiency.
Cultural Fit Evaluation: Assess candidates for cultural fit within our team, focusing on communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
Detailed Analysis: Compile and analyze candidate performance data to identify the best fit for our projects based on skills, experience, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers or team leads to understand project requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in web development (front-end, back-end, or full-stack) with a strong understanding of current technologies and best practices.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry.
