Remote HR Recruiter for Multiple Levels
Budget: ₹100 – ₹3,000 INR
As a growing company, I'm seeking an experienced and proactive HR recruiter to help me fill more than 10 remote positions across different levels - namely, entry, mid and senior.
Freshers and experienced - both are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Leveraging your industry experience to understand the job requirements and source suitable candidates
- Utilizing your strong communication skills to screen, interview, and evaluate prospective employees
- Applying your familiarity with remote recruiting tools to manage the recruitment process smoothly and efficiently
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in HR recruitment, particularly in remote settings
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively
- Proficiency in using various remote recruiting tools to streamline the process
Your ability to adapt to the remote environment, while ensuring the quality of hires across different levels will be crucial in this role. Please share your relevant experience and approach to remote recruitment in your bid."
Probation Period - upto 30 days or more
- The probation period will be a period where you will be paid depending upon the work that you do (the no. of candidates who get hired)
- The probation period will end when you will reach a particular number of candidates hired in a particular period of time with the help of other teams in the company.
- After probation period, you will be given a base pay + performance bonus and much more
