We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Job Application Specialist to apply for software engineering positions on behalf of a senior software engineer.
This contract-based role requires identifying and submitting applications for fully remote, mid-senior level software engineering roles across the continental USA.
The specialist will focus on applying for front-end, back-end, full-stack, data engineering, and software engineer positions but must avoid all federal job postings.
You will be provided with all necessary resources, including:
- Email address for applications
- LinkedIn profile link (no need to create or modify a profile)
- Resumes for submission (You should tailor the resumes)
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify fully remote front-end, back-end, full-stack, and data engineering positions within the continental USA.
• Apply for a minimum of 1000 jobs per month across reputable job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), company career pages, and recruiter platforms.
• Tailor applications, resumes, and cover letters as necessary to align with job descriptions.
• Maintain a detailed tracking system (Excel, Google Sheets, or ATS) to document job applications, statuses, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all applications meet quality standards and align with the candidate’s experience and expertise.
• Communicate regularly with the client regarding application progress and job leads.
Requirements:
• Experience with online job applications, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage high application volumes efficiently.
• Ability to customize resumes and cover letters based on job descriptions.
• Familiarity with software engineering roles, technologies, and industry terminology is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
• Monthly contract payment (negotiable based on performance and application volume).
