We are looking to partner with enthusiastic, self-driven freelance HR recruiters or individuals who are passionate about people management, talent acquisition, and career coordination. This is a remote role open to both experienced HR professionals and freshers who are ready to learn and grow in a dynamic recruitment environment.

You will play a key role in sourcing, coordinating, and preparing candidates for our hiring process. Once your referred candidates are selected, you will be rewarded with attractive commissions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Source and connect with potential job candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, or referrals, data of potential candidates would also be provided.
1. Schedule and conduct basic HR screening rounds (via phone or Zoom)
2. Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and the core technical/operations team
3. Maintain candidate status records and follow up until selection and share report on a daily basis.
4.Deliver verified, high-potential candidates who meet our job requirements
5.Provide basic interview preparation to candidates when needed
6.Ensure professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process
Skills & Requirements
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication
Basic understanding of job descriptions and candidate profiles
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and Zoom
Organized and self-motivated
Ability to commit to flexible hours (4–5 hrs/day or as needed)
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based opportunity. You will earn:
A commission per successful candidate hired, paid immediately after the joining confirmation.
Incentives for volume hiring or recurring engagement.
Example: Rs. 4000 per selected candidate depending on role complexity.
