Remote HR Executive Recruitment Specialist
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking a proactive HR Executive to spearhead our recruitment and onboarding efforts. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a knack for utilizing online job portals and social media platforms for sourcing potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Manage the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an HR role, specifically in recruitment.
- Proficiency in using online job portals and social media for hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Work Details:
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹52,000 per month (in-hand) + additional incentives
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
- Qualification: Graduates from any discipline
