Referral Partner (Recruiter) - ($50 Bounty Per Lead) (No experience needed)

We are an affiliate agency NoLimit looking for Referral Partners or Recruiters to help us find native German speakers for a TikTok live streaming project in the iGaming niche.
Your Task: simply Find and refer native German speakers (aged 18 to 40) who are ready to collaborate and host live iGaming streams on TikTok. NO prior streaming experience is required! We accept anyone who fits the age and language requirements.
What we offer the candidates (so it's easy for you to "sell" the idea):
* Pay: €15 to €50 per hour.
* Format: No Facecam required - just live voice commentary while playing/streaming iGaming content.
* Schedule: 3-5 days a week, fully remote.
* Requirements: Age 18-40, Native German. Absolutely no experience needed, just a PC/laptop, a smartphone.
Your Compensation: We pay a flat $50 bounty for every active, profitable streamer you successfully recruit.
* No limit! If you bring 10 streamers, you get $500.
* Important Rule (Payment Hold): The $50 bonus is paid only after the candidate completes their first few successful live streams, and starts generating actual results for our project. We do not pay for empty sign-ups, dropped contacts, or dead leads.
