Recruitment System Wise Solutions

Hi,

I am director of Wise Solutions Labour Hire, we are looking to create a new recruitment system, where our workers will be interviewed and put into a bank of data. Furthermore, workers information will be filtered and passed through our allocator to select the right candidate with the right position.

What are we expecting from this new recruitment system?

- Develop and implement solutions to challenges, introducing and using efficient technology and software applications;
- Build and maintain an efficient and valuable candidate’s database;
- Shortlist candidate;
- Interview candidates online to ensure the right culture fit with Wise Solutions;
- Provide Wise Solutions with recruitment reports on a monthly basis;

So, team, these are the key points we can begin with. I see a 3-phase project:
a) Clean up, develop and implement recruitment systems and processes
b) Refine company recruitment process through activation of systems
c) Scale the process as in make it bigger thereby generating more revenue
