Recruitment Support for Multiple Roles
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m seeking a recruiter who can take each open position from “job description” to “signed offer.” Because the roles vary, I need someone comfortable switching between different job families and seniority levels and tailoring the sourcing strategy accordingly.
Your day-to-day work will involve drafting or refining job ads, actively sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche boards, screening résumés and portfolios, running first-round video or phone interviews, and presenting a concise shortlist with your assessment notes. I’ll handle final interviews and offers; you’ll keep the pipeline full, the candidates engaged, and the documentation tidy in my ATS (or your own spreadsheets if you prefer).
Deliverables for each vacancy:
• A minimum of three pre-vetted candidates who meet the stated requirements and are ready to interview
• A one-page summary per candidate covering skills fit, salary expectations, notice period, and interview feedback
• A brief weekly status report so we stay aligned on progress and priorities
