Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter or sourcing specialist who is skilled in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms to post jobs and collect qualified CVs.

Your main task will be to:

Post our job offers on different platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

Source and collect relevant CVs according to our criteria

Share organized candidate lists with contact details

(Optional) Help with first communication with candidates

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment or HR sourcing

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Indeed tools

Ability to find and contact candidates effectively

Good communication skills (English or Arabic or French)

Reliable, organized, and able to deliver results fast
