Recruitment Specialist For Mid-Level Hire
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a seasoned recruiter to help me fill one full-time, mid-level position. You will take the search from kickoff through signed offer.
Scope of work
• Clarify the role requirements with me and craft an attractive job description.
• Post the vacancy on appropriate channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche boards, referrals).
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews to assess culture fit and core skills.
• Present a shortlist of 3–5 qualified candidates, complete with interview notes and reference checks.
• Coordinate my final interview rounds and guide the chosen candidate through offer negotiation and acceptance.
What I’m looking for
• Demonstrated experience placing mid-level professionals in full-time roles; tell me about your recent successes.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, Boolean search, and social recruiting tactics.
• Clear communication and weekly progress updates until the hire is complete.
Deliverable
A signed acceptance letter from the selected candidate plus your documentation (job ad, screening notes, references).
