Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist at Zignify, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber talent. You'll collaborate with Head of Departments to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and lead candidates through a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
2. Collaborate with Department Heads to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
1. 5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
2. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
3. Experience in full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Department Heads and E-commerce-related roles is essential.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
