Identify and vet qualified freelance or contract candidates who meet the following job requirements.
Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to presenting a shortlist of top candidates.
Ensure candidates are skilled and motivated to handle the responsibilities outlined below.
Candidate Responsibilities (For Your Recruitment):
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Develop course materials, hands-on labs, and tutorials tailored to various skill levels.
Stay updated with the latest Azure data engineering developments to keep training content current.
Assess learners' knowledge and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
Offer individualized mentorship to address learners' specific needs.
Prepare learners for certifications, such as Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate.
Candidate Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Azure Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Azure data services like Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Data Lakes, HDInsight, and Stream Analytics.
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred.
Relevant Azure certifications are a plus.
