Recruitment Resourcer
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to assist with sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates with our diverse portfolio of clients.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates within the construction, engineering and commercial sectors.
- Preferably operating as a freelancer with access to own job boards and candidate sourcing tools.
- Detail-orientated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and meet specific client requirements.
You will be working on a freelance basis and payment can be hourly or commission-based.
