Recruitment Partner for Headhunting Agency
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need reasonable person who provide good price and high quality ability .
I wanna work for long term just let me know
I run a growing outsourcing and head-hunting company and I’m ready to add a dependable recruitment partner who can step in quickly and keep our talent pipeline moving. Day to day you’ll own the full candidate life-cycle: sourcing on LinkedIn and niche job boards, pre-screening, arranging interviews, and keeping both clients and candidates fully briefed along the way.
Because my client base ranges from early-stage start-ups to established enterprises, adaptability is key. Whether your background is classic agency recruiting, internal talent sourcing, or broader HR, I’m less concerned about job titles and more interested in your ability to deliver qualified short-lists fast and represent our brand professionally.
You’ll work remotely, set your own hours, and report progress through a simple weekly funnel summary (open roles, candidates contacted, interviews booked, placements closed). My expectation is that you already have the tools you need—LinkedIn Recruiter or similar, an ATS you’re comfortable with, and solid Boolean search skills—so you can start contributing from day one.
If you’re confident you can handle multiple requisitions at once, keep stakeholders in the loop without hand-holding, and close hard-to-fill roles, let’s talk. Please tell me about a recent search you closed, the tools you relied on, and the average time it took you to present a viable slate of candidates.
