Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant

I need a Human Resource consultant to assist with recruitment and onboarding. The focus is on job posting, advertisement, and candidate screening and interviews. I already have job descriptions and requirements prepared.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ability to manage job postings and advertisements.
- Proficiency in candidate screening and conducting interviews.
- Experience in headhunting technical resources in APAC (Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with current recruitment tools and platforms.

The HR will be paid if the screened candidate gets selected by the customer
