Recruitment of Nursing Staff in LATAM
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
EU Nursing is a European expert in the linguistic and professional training of foreign nurses for the German labour market.
Currently we want to prepare our market entry in Latin America and are looking for suitable recruiters in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.
Your task would be to search for suitable nursing staff (either in Mexico, Colombia or Brazil) for us according to our specifications. Accordingly, an appropriate marketing campaign is also within your remit, for example via social media or the newspaper, whichever is more appropriate for the region.
We would explicitly tell you which candidates are suitable for us and what benefits we offer them. Pre-screening of the healthcare workers could also be part of the job.
The start of the project is not yet fixed, but we would like to establish contacts with freelancers. Fluent proficiency in the English as well as the local language is a must.
