Recruitment Lead
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our teams. You’ll need to be able to coordinate people and projects with a mindset set on deliverables.
Responsibilities
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline using Kanban
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups using SCRUM software
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration using effective communication channel
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or service providers)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests via a ticketing system
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and according to the agreed timeframe at the end of each sprint
• Manage a number of teams running projects using SCRUM methodology
• Have demonstrable expertise that managed to transform teams to become more productive, agile and consistently beat deadlines.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a scrum master role
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of Agile software
• Excellent communication, leadership and persuasion skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in English Language (C2 level)
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
• Scrum master certification
