Recruitment Freelance Consultant
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
Responsibilities: Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to Onboarding the candidates.
Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal.(Portal Access- preferable for Recruiters bring own portal access or any other Database access)
Scheduling the candidates for interviews based on the interview panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
Follow up with the candidate till they are onboarded.
Good command of verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Negotiation skills.
