Recruitment Consultant - Malaysia

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position and is able to successfully aid recruiting needs. In order to do so, the candidate has to be able to source and qualify resources that will meet the company's criteria.

"Experience : 1- 2 year in recruitment"

Looking only for a Full Time freelancer who can dedicate 6 hours a day.

Responsibilities

-Good communication Skills is a must.
-Responsible for handling IT requirements.
-Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
- Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for assigned requirements
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process
- Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
- Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
- Screening & shortlisting resumes/ candidates and submitting the same
- Resume formatting & submission.
- Proficient usage of professional and social networking tools for sourcing candidates
