1. Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
2.Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
3.Outstanding communication ability
4.Confident and pleasant personality
5.preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
6.organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
7.informing candidates about the results of interviews
