Recruitment Consultant US Based

We are a small team of highly experienced UK based recruiters and HR consultants looking for a Recruitment Consultant in the USA.

What you will do

• Offer recruitment services to private companies, banks and financial services organisations across the US;
• Find clients and facilitate closing contracts;
• Source candidates;
• Build a successful portfolio of long-term clients;
• Based in the US.

Terms

• Remote, home-based
• Minimum 4-8 hours per week
• Probationary period 1 month
• Permanent after successful probation followed by a pay increase and bonuses
• Based in the USA

Remuneration

• Fixed hourly rate
• Sales commission
• Bonus for exceeding project KPIs
