Recruitment Campaign & Candidate Sourcing

I’m looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end candidate sourcing for open roles. This includes creating and running recruitment campaign and advertising job openings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards or HR platforms.

Scope of work:
• Create and manage recruitment campaigns for open roles
• Post and promote job ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other suitable platforms
• Source and screen candidates from multiple channels
• Shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Deliver a structured table (Excel/Google Sheet) with candidate details, including:
• Full name
• Contact details (Email &Phone number)
• Role applied for
• Nationality
• CV/resume
