Recruitment Associate - CSS2022
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our team. You will use our system to evaluate resumes, send assessments and process applicants for our recruitment clients. In addition, you will evaluate applicants for our recruitment specialists. We provide you with the training and resources to succeed as a recruitment associate.
Responsibilities:
* Promptly scan various applicant resumes from clients nationwide
* Rank applicants in our software
* Share applicant data with recruitment specialist
* Assist in delivery and administration of our assessments and maintenance of recruitment pipelines
* Update relevant staff as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in office administration, recruiting, human resources or other related is not a must but preferred
* Knowledge of the construction industry mainly in residential builds is preferred
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Measurable PC skills (Office, Social Media, Online Research)
* Ability to pass Background Check
* Bilingual - Strong English reading/writing skills required
*You will be an independent contractor and hours will fluctuate based upon the number of clients.
Education: GED
Experience: Entry-Level (1 - 3 years)
Job type: Independent Contractor
Rate of Pay: $5.00-$7.00 Per Hour, US Dollars.
