Hr & Recruiting Professional ( PT )

We are seeking an HR and Recruiting Personnel to join our team on a part-time basis initially and possibly go full-time later in the future.

This position requires good, English communication skills with little to no accent.

We are a growing call center agent with teams in 3 countries and clients globally.

Skills and experience needed:

-Update current and design new recruiting procedures

- Prepares reports and monitors efficiency of CPU operations

- Recommend ways to improve employer brand

- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
