IT Recruiters from India to join our Enterprise team as Talent Networkers
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
We are hiring 5 full-time freelance recruiters based in India (Remote) to join our enterprise division to help us curate the top talents for our branded communities.
Pay: 100 INR to 400 INR per hour - based on the experience + Incentives
Consdiering recruiters who can work exclusively for us.
Considering candidates who can work at least 6 hours a day during the weekdays(M-F), flexible work hours.
Duration: 3 months to start with.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Must have experience in in-house recruiting or consulting
- Experience in recruiting candidates for the Life insurance industry is a plus.
- Experience in recruiting IT professionals (UI, Data Science, Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Should be available for a minimum of 30 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
- Must be comfortable in Video interviewing candidates (google meet)
- Good documentation skills.
Mode of Interview:
Online assessment consisting of one-way video interview and descriptive questions on Boolean strings.
