Recruiter (non-IT)
Budget: $5 – $25 USD
Looking for a recruiter with proven track record in recruiting, preferably for non-IT positions and in the below stated categories. This will start out as a part-time role and could remain as such or could become a full-time role, depending on success rate.
Job Description:
Including but not limited to:
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview qualified (and above average) candidates for job openings in the following categories:
o Construction Management: Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Estimators, Architects, etc. (not labor)
o Executive or Management Searches
o Accounting & Finance
o Office Management & Support
o Human Resources
o Sales & Marketing
• Apply thorough pre-screening questions and procedures
• Set up (zoom) video-appointments for interviews
• Thorough note-taking
Future tasks might include (but are not limited to):
• Finding employment opportunities for our candidates by website research
• Conduct reference checks
Must have:
• Must have dependable internet connection and a U.S. phone number
• Ideally a subscription to job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
Requirements:
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
• Expert in Boolean search
• Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, results-oriented, motivated, hard working, drive to succeed
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Organized, detail oriented
• Good sense of humor, sharp, flexible
• Computer and internet literate (MS Word & Excel), google docs
• Decent typing speed (preferably 50+ WpM)

We work on a contingency basis for our clients but we don’t expect our recruiters to do the same. There will be a low minimum base pay which will be significantly increased for any time spent on any successful placements.
