I need a recruiter who can help hire :
1) AI/ML Engineer
Your first mission is data analysis and preprocessing. You’ll audit our raw datasets, design a repeatable cleaning pipeline in Python (pandas / NumPy / scikit-learn), engineer features, and hand back well-documented, model-ready tables. A quick proof-of-concept showing the pipeline on a sample set will be our first milestone, followed by a fully automated script or notebook that runs end-to-end.
2) Sales Representative
You’ll focus on lead generation. Using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and our existing CRM, you’ll research and build targeted prospect lists, craft opening messages, and book qualified calls for our founder. An initial batch of 50 vetted leads with contact details and conversation notes will be the first checkpoint; scaling the flow to a steady weekly rhythm comes next.
I’ll review portfolios on a rolling basis and set up quick calls with the best fits so we can start delivering results this week.
