HR Recruiter for Virtual Assistant Agency (Freelancer.com Hiring Experience Required)

We are a fast-growing virtual assistant agency providing top-tier customer service, email, chat, and call support to clients across the globe. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated HR recruiter to help us build a reliable team of virtual assistants through freelancer platforms.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various virtual assistant roles

Hire and manage candidates via Freelancer.com and other freelancing platforms

Coordinate interviews and communicate job expectations to candidates

Use ChatGPT (or similar tools) to assist with screening, communications, and job post drafting

Maintain a structured recruitment process and database of talent

Be available and responsive in IST and EST time zones


Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (especially verbal)

Proven experience hiring through Freelancer.com

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT

Organized, proactive, and result-oriented

Availability to work across IST and EST time zones

Compensation:
To be discussed based on experience (Hourly/Weekly/Project basis)
