Recruiter for Polish contracting manager

We're looking for a recruiter to help us identify 1-2 Junior Contracting Managers.
Our company is specialized in the construction of Military and Humanitarian camps.
Our team is comprised of young and ambitious professionals. Our projects take place all across Europe as well as in Africa.
Our high-end clients require the projects we handle for them, to be followed up and documented in the utmost responsible manner. For our activities in Poland, we're looking for a new colleague, who's administratively strong and has good communicational skills. Experience with tenders is a plus.
