Recruiter for Kazmo Genetics Mobile Phlebotomists
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Kazmo Genetics LLC is looking for an experienced recruiter to help us find and onboard mobile phlebotomists in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Connecticut, Delaware, and New York City. We specialize in DNA testing (paternity, immigration, and legal cases) and need certified phlebotomists to collect DNA samples for our clients.
Your role will be to:
✔ Source & recruit licensed phlebotomists in the targeted areas
✔ Verify credentials, experience, and availability
✔ Coordinate initial onboarding & paperwork submission
✔ Ensure they are willing to perform mobile collections (travel to clients’ locations)
✔ Track and organize potential hires in a simple system (Google Sheets or CRM)
? Ideal Candidates for Recruitment:
? Certified Phlebotomists (with experience in DNA sample collection preferred)
? Mobile Phlebotomists (who can travel within their region)
? Lab Technicians with phlebotomy experience
? Target Areas:
✔ New Jersey
✔ Philadelphia
✔ Connecticut (CT)
✔ Delaware (DE)
✔ New York City (NYC - all boroughs)
✅ Requirements for This project:
✔ Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
✔ Ability to find & verify phlebotomists quickly
✔ Strong communication skills for outreach & follow-ups
✔ Familiarity with phlebotomy certification requirements (a plus but not required)
