HR Recruiter for BD Executives
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a small, fast-moving digital-marketing startup and now need reliable HR support to bring in two to three mid-level Business Development Executives. These hires must combine hands-on HR and recruitment experience, strong sales and negotiation ability, and a working knowledge of digital marketing so they can expand our client base today and scale the wider team tomorrow.
Cultural fit sits above everything else. I’d like each shortlisted candidate to show they value collaboration, agility, and a “test-and-learn” mindset; raw speed is only useful if the person gels with our culture.
Day-to-day you will:
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and your own network
• Screen for the skill mix above and verify digital-marketing familiarity
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide preferred candidates through our two-round process
• Present a concise hiring report and final recommendations for approval
