Recruiter for a Broker In Charge

I am searching for a recruiter for a Broker In Charge position for my real estate company. I only want a Broker in Charge from South Carolina or someone at a top 20 independently owned (not franchise) real estate company in the nation. This will take some home work. They must take a DISC assessment and score as atleast a 40. Their main job will be to recruit real estate agents and retain them through running the company.
