Freelance HR Recruiter (Performance-Based)
About Us:
Next Talent Connect is a growing recruitment consultancy catering to IT and BPO companies. We are looking for freelance HR Recruiters who can support our ongoing hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
Source and screen the candidates organically through free channels (social media, referrals, etc.) and/or from your own job portals (we will NOT provide portal access).

Targets: Deliver a minimum of 5 screened candidates per day for job profile.

Encourage candidates to consider a soft skills course offered by our consultancy (process & script will be provided).

Submit daily candidate updates in the required format.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi would prefer Indians

Prior recruitment experience (preferred, not mandatory).

Must be self-driven and meet daily targets.

Understanding of IT/BPO hiring will be a plus.

Commercials:

Pure performance-based pay.

₹500 per successful candidate hired (no fixed pay).

Long-term project – duration depends on ongoing requirements.

Performance review every 3 months – exceptional performers are eligible for a performance bonus.
