HR Recruiter Specialized in International Sales Hiring

Project Description:
We are looking for an HR professional experienced in recruiting sales profiles, capable of finding commission-based sales representatives in the following countries:
• France
• Belgium
• United States
• China

Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruiting sales or commercial profiles.
• Fluency in English, French, Dutch, or Chinese (one or more).
• Ability to post job ads, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Knowledge of local job platforms or professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, WeChat, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Post job listings on local platforms.
• Identify and evaluate candidates for commission-based sales positions.
• Coordinate interviews and provide weekly progress reports.
