Recruiter / HR Specialist - Full recruitment cycle to recruit several roles
Budget: £10 – £30 GBP
We're a Microsoft Gold Partner based in London, due to growth within the business, we're looking to fill three technical roles and one finance role.
It would be great if the freelance has experience in IT recruitment, they will be involved in all stages of the recruitment from writing/updating the job description, posting the adverting, sourcing passive candidates, screening candidates and initial interviews. Good communication and some creativity is essential!
This project is interesting and varied, we're a small business and you'll have control of all stages of recruitment, we're open to different suggestions on how to make our recruitment process more effective. If the freelancer is successful in this role, we will be looking to recruit again and likely to use their services again.
