We are a growing recruitment agency specialising in AI, Software Engineering and emerging technology markets across the United States.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment team by identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for exciting startup and scale-up opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Search and other platforms
Build targeted talent pipelines for AI, Software Engineering, Product and Forward Deployed Engineering roles
Maintain candidate trackers and databases
Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates
Support market mapping and competitor research
Requirements:
Strong LinkedIn search and Boolean search skills
Excellent written English
Highly organised and able to work independently
Experience sourcing technical candidates is advantageous
