HR Recruiter - Recruitment
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm looking for a skilled recruiter to handle the entire recruitment process for entry-level positions. The role includes sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to selecting
2. Sourcing candidates through different job portals
3. Scheduling the interviews with internal stakeholders, regular follow-ups.
4. Maintaining good relationships with Candidates and with Clients.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Should have basic knowledge in Human Resource
• 3 months internship in human resource & recruitment or completed internship in HR Roles and Responsibilities
