Local HR Recruiter in Vietnam for Dental Clinic in Nha Trang (Hiring Assistants)

About us:
We are a Russian-speaking dental clinic located in Nha Trang, Vietnam. We are currently looking for local Vietnamese dental assistants to join our team.
The Goal:
We need a freelance recruiter to find and screen Vietnamese Dental Assistants.
Communication:
Please note: We primarily speak Russian and use translation tools for communication in Vietnamese/English. While fluency in English or Russian is a plus, it is NOT mandatory. We are comfortable communicating via chat using translators. The most important thing is your ability to find the right local staff.
Your Responsibilities:
Sourcing Dental Assistants through local channels (TopCV, Facebook groups, Zalo, medical networks).
Conducting initial screenings to ensure candidates have the required medical certifications and licenses valid in Vietnam.
Shortlisting candidates and scheduling face-to-face interviews at our clinic in Nha Trang.
Requirements for the Recruiter:
Must be based in Vietnam and have experience in local recruitment.
Deep understanding of the Nha Trang labor market.
Ability to verify medical diplomas and professional licenses.
Result-oriented mindset.
Project Terms:
Type: Freelance / Project-based.
Payment: We prefer a "Success Fee" model (fixed payment for each successfully hired candidate who starts working). Please mention your expected fee per hire in your proposal.
