Recruiter Needed for Long-term Project
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I'm seeking a talented recruiter to help me find and vet candidates for construction job roles. Candidates should have both technical skills and industry experience in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finding suitable candidates for a variety of construction-related job roles
- Screening and vetting candidates based on their technical skills and industry experience
- Communicating with candidates via phone and email to assess their suitability for the roles
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in recruiting for the construction industry
- Strong understanding of technical skills needed for construction roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles
This is a long-term project, expected to last more than 3 months. The ability to speak English is essential for this role. Previous experience in construction recruitment is NOT required.
Please note: this role does not require fluency in multiple languages or extensive experience in other industries.
