HR Recruiter Needed for C2H Hiring

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can support us in closing Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions and has prior experience in SAP hiring.

Requirements:

Strong experience in IT recruitment, specifically C2H and SAP roles
Must have active access to Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to source, screen, and shortlist relevant candidates quickly
Should handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Scope of Work:

Identify and source candidates from relevant platforms
Screen candidates for technical & cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Ensure timely closures of open positions

Additional Info:

This is a freelance/remote role
Payment terms will be based on the target closed
Target for Month at least 3 to 5 Closures
