Recruiter Needed to Headhunt - Up to 10 Jobs Open

Looking for a professional recruiter to recruit for us in Eastern (non EU) Europe and other key regions.
We have multiple open positions that will be filled one at time in sales, media and other media production fields, plus management. Sales jobs will be the first to be filled. This post is for one position to be filled. More after that.
The recruiter we hire should be able to source qualified candidates for us, and then present us with the finalists where we will take over. The company will provide a job description, info, etc, for you to work off of.
The ideal recruitment scenario would see you headhunt for qualified candidates.
The recruitment job and the jobs to be filled are all work from home for a western company.
