Recruiter For Dominican Republic

Field Of Tobacco is a leading company in the tobacco industry, and we are currently seeking a Recruiter to assist in sourcing qualified candidates for several key positions, including CEO assistant, Tobacco Production Manager, HR Manager, and more.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives.
Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting.
Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
Experience using recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
